Suitable for welding structures fabricated by high strength steels and dissimilar steels. 

AWS A5.9 ER308

For 18%Cr-8%Ni stainless steels, such as 301,302,304,308etc.especially 304.

AWS A5.9 ER308L

Suitable for extra-low carbon 19%Cr-10%Ni stainless steel structures, which need better resistance to inter-crystal corrosion, e.g. synthetic fibre, fertilizer and chemical industrial equipments. 

AWS A5.9 ER308LSi

Suitable for extra-low carbon 19%Cr-10%Ni stainless steel structures, which need better resistance to inter-crystal corrosion, e.g. synthetic fibre, prtrochenmica chemical industrial equipments. 

AWS A5.9 ER309

Suitalbe for 22%Cr-12%Ni stainless steel structrues. The weld metal shows a good resistance to heat or oxidy corrosion. Also it could be used for dissimiliar wteel welding.

For welding 18%Cr-9%Ni-Nb and 18%Cr-9%Ni-Ti stainless steel.

AWS A5.9 ER410Suitalble for Cr13 stainless steels. The base metal should be tempered at 850 ℃ for 2hours after welding.



Storage:

Your welding wire storage should be dry and ventilated, avoiding damp, no water, acid or alkali liquid, no volatile corrosive substance.

Welding wire should put on the pallet, please do not put it on the floor directly or close to the wall.

Please keep the packing intact.
